ABOUT
BFDI Training Institute
Our work is dedicated to trainings that engage, impact and transform the way we think; the way we feel and the way we communicate.
Our trainings are for everyone. Many of our trainings are filled with practitioners from the educational and justice systems. However, we also offer trainings for individual groups, parents, youth and any organization that serves people. We are also making a difference in communities by bridging the gap between those in positions of authority and those who reside within the neighborhoods.
Our trainings have resulted in culture and climate shifts in schools, reduction of violence, improved academics and attendance, healing between police officers and gang members, improved marriages, improved relationships between parents and their children and just better relationships with each other... that is a civil society.
Our goal through our trainings is to make connections and to showcase an explicit plan for restorative change that is sure to resonate with and impact generations to come.
